2. Activate

  • Configure warehouse structure (storage types, sections, bins).
  • Set up inbound/outbound processes, internal movements, physical inventory, etc.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and identify custom developments (if needed).
  • Conduct key user training.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing.

By the end of this phase, you'll have:

  • A Configured EWM system.

3. Deploy 


Move from project mode to live operations in the production system.

To do this, we'll:

  • Do a Final data migration (master data, open warehouse tasks, stock).
  • Conduct cutover planning and execution.
  • Prepare for go-live: finalise roles, authorisations, and system checks.
  • Run user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Finalise support model and handover plans.

4. Run
